2. What Is an Affiliate Link?
An affiliate link is a special link that tracks whether a purchase was referred from our site. When you buy through one, the retailer pays us a small percentage as a "thank you" for sending you their way. You pay exactly the same price you would have paid otherwise — the commission comes out of the retailer's margin, not your wallet.

Affiliate commissions do not decide what we recommend. We only link to gear and resources we believe are genuinely useful for the job — typically the same items we'd suggest if a friend asked. A higher commission never pushes a worse product ahead of a better one.

5. Where You'll See Affiliate Links

We do not use affiliate links in a deceptive way, and we do not run "blind" redirects — every affiliate link leads to the retailer it appears to.
